Forest School Parties
Forest School Parties take place in the forest school area within the grounds of Southborough Primary School in Petts Wood. Sessions are led by a qualified Forest School leader and supported by experienced members of staff.
Parties are suitable for children aged 3 upwards and can be booked on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of the month. Available times are either 10am to 12pm or 2pm to 4pm.
What do children do at a Muddy
Boots Party?
There are a wide variety of activities available for the children. Parties are set up so children can free flow across the activities and staff will support the children where necessary.
Examples of activities are: Bug hunting, scavenger hunts, nature crafts, den building, tree climbing and cooking in the mud kitchen.
What is included?
Parties cost £15 per child for two hours (min. 20 children)
Birthday child goes free
Invite 20 friends
Qualified Forest School Leader
at least 1 member of staff with a First Aid qualification
All equipment and resources
Campfire and unlimited s’mores for all participants
Hot chocolate for all participants
Hot refreshments for the adults
Unlimited adults can attend
Activities: slack line, climbing net, bug hunting, scavenger hunt, hammocks, type run
Additional 3 activities can be chosen at time of booking which include: Nature crowns, bird feeders, birthday badges, Nature treasure bag decorating, bug hotel, ribbon wands, nature faces or bubble wands.
*Additional children charged at £10 per head (includes food if food option chosen).
*Under 5s must be accompanied by an adult.
